Born in Ankara in 1993, Tolunay Uğur graduated from Atılım University Faculty of Law in 2017 after completing his high school education at Ankara Katip Çelebi Anatolian High School. After graduating and completing the internship process, he has worked successfully in the fields of family, enforcement and administrative law, especially in criminal law, and in the light of the knowledge and experience he has gained, he continues to work as a freelance attorney in Altan & Küçük Law Firm, where he has been a partner since 2021.
